This floor-based evening class blends the core elements of Hatha Yoga—asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation—to help you release physical and mental stress and reset your nervous system.
We begin with a full-body warm-up through the joints, focusing on hips, shoulders, and spine—areas that often tighten under stress. Floor-based strength and mobility work then helps ease tension while improving circulation, body awareness, and breath connection.
With pranayama, you’ll learn how to use your breath to calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded—even off the mat.
Each class ends with a peaceful meditation, including the deeply soothing SOM (Sound of Meditation) practice developed by Shri Balaji Tambe. This helps you unwind fully and prepares you for a restful evening.
Throughout the term, we revisit a set of postures and explore them with care—building your confidence and understanding of how yoga can support you through everyday stress. You’ll receive individual guidance in a light-hearted, supportive atmosphere.
