Before setting any goal, you need to do this one very important thing…

It requires a bit of introspection, perhaps even a little bit of whole-hearted deconstruction.

Sure, I get it, that can be daunting. You fear looking back at mistakes, missed opportunities, and false starts.

But - -this is where you get the special sauce. The magic. The sparkle. ✨ The juice.  

You have to approach self reflection with curiosity. Sometimes you have to ask yourself the hard questions to get a bird’s eye view of what didn’t go the way you wanted or how we expected.

When you begin to see the decisions you made didn’t serve you well -- then with compassion, lean in. Hold a gentle understanding that you are learning and becoming with every choice you make. 

Take this time for review and reflection, and you'll be better equipped to welcome the exciting potential that a new year has to offer. By reviewing and reflecting, you gather valuable information that can guide you in making positive changes. It's an opportunity to balance aspects of your lifestyle that may be draining your vitality.

In the rush of daily life, you may forget to acknowledge your accomplishments. You become numb to your achievements, hardly taking a moment to pause and recognize your successes. Before moving forward, take time to claim what you're most proud of as a source of motivation and positivity as you transition into a new chapter.
