✨New Year’s Eve Yin Yoga Morning 2024

✨This is a very magical day of the year for us all, historically we tend to focus on the countdown at midnight but why not end the last morning of 2024 in peace, gratitude and clarity?

🫶 It has been a seismic year physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for us all, nothing is the same as it was 12 months ago, nor is it meant to be. By coming together with like minded people we can feel that the journey has been universal not personal. We are all growing and going in the right direction of evolution. 

🙏🏻 Join us for some mindful connection through gentle yin yoga, breathwork and meditation followed by a delicious fireside vegan lunch in good company.
