About This Event

Join Mary Wahlman-Krogh, LMT, RYT for a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation on Sunday nights in January 2025.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing form of guided meditation involving simple breathing techniques, body scans and visualizations of nature. There is no way to do it wrong. All you have to do is get comfortable and listen to the instructor's voice.

You may want to gather a couple of pillows or blankets for this practice to make yourself comfortable.

These classes are the perfect way to start your week, get some rest and relaxation, and help your body heal on all levels. 

After the meditation you can stay on the call and ask any questions you have, or simply leave the call and move on with the rest of your evening.
