Silia Giussani is a JKA (Jeremy Krauss Approach) practitioner, Feldenkrais teacher, and movement educator. She is passionate about supporting children and adults in discovering new possibilities for development, learning, and well-being through mindful movement and individualized learning strategies. With her background in Feldenkrais and extensive experience in JKA, Silia offers both individual sessions and group classes, always with a warm, personal approach that encourages curiosity and self-discovery.
