About the Practices:

Jeremy Krauss Approach - An ingenious & effective approach developed by Jeremy Krauss, a direct student of Moshe Feldenkrais, who taught 28 Feldenkrais Professional Trainings over the last 40 years.  JKA Solvents and Glue (Standing practice) + Abilities Movement lessons (on the Floor) support profound changes in self-organization, stability, mobility, clarity and strength and overall sense of self - physically, mentally & emotionally.

The Feldenkrais Method® - A process of embodied learning through movement and awareness that gives you access to your potential developed by Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984) physicist, engineer, judo master and student of human development. Many people come to Feldenkrais for pain relief or recovery from injuries or neurological conditions then stay to continue learning into old age. Artists, actors, writers and musicians find the method gives them a more clear access to an embodied self-as-instrument.
