This full-body class strengthens your core in a way that supports the whole of you—from your feet to your breath, from your pelvic floor to your posture. Combining Hatha Yoga, breathwork, and meditation, it offers a steady, intelligent approach to building resilience and stability.
We begin each session with a focused warm-up through the joints, especially hips and shoulders—key areas for mobility and support. Then we explore movements that gradually build core strength, improve spinal alignment, and awaken the deeper layers of stability that affect everything from digestion to back health.
Rather than focusing just on the abdominals, this class works with your full body. You’ll learn how the core relates to breath, balance, and even mental focus—moving in ways that are precise, accessible, and deeply effective over time.
Each class ends with a peaceful meditation, including the deeply soothing SOM (Sound of Meditation) practice developed by Shri Balaji Tambe. This helps you integrate the work and leave feeling centred and steady.
All levels are welcome. Whether you’re starting fresh, returning after birth (6 months postpartum), or building on an existing practice, this friendly, supportive space will help you grow stronger with confidence.
